Nope. Each project needs one administrator to initialize the project and pay but all other users (including additional ones set up with administrative rights) can access and edit or view projects at no cost. If you then decide you want to set-up your own project as an admin, you can do that at any time.
When you project is over, we’re happy to archive and store your data for you. You will be able to see your project and reference the data in your account, but you will not be able to make any changes to the data unless you projet is "active" and you are paying for the project. If you’d like the data exported, we can do that for you. Simply Contact Us
Go to the Actual Cost line(s) where that vendor name was entered and change it to the correct name. Once it is corrected or removed from the line item, the drop-down list will automatically update to reflect only the currently used names.
Yes! Individual projects can be combined into programs, allowing for aggregated program level summary reporting as well as drill down individual project reporting.
